Transition Summit: Putting the Pieces Together

Connect to Community, in partnership with the Village of Hoffman Estates Commission for Disabled Citizens and the Northwest Suburban Special Education Organization (NSSEO), announces its third annual Transition Summit. Topics to be covered include employment, housing, advocacy and more.

Featured Speakers: James Emmett, Corporate Disability Consultant; Lore Baker, Statewide Housing and Employment First Coordinator, Illinois Department of Human Services; Deb Hamilton, Legislative Affairs Director, Illinois Parents of Adults with Developmental Disabilities (IPADD).

Families, educators, service providers and community members are welcome. CEUs and PDs will be offered upon request. Registration fee includes morning refreshments, lunch and seminar materials.
