Event Details

Join us in working towards feeling calm and in control. We follow recorded, guided meditations together. There will also be discussions about how the meditations make us feel.

This time can be used to focus on developing mindfulness skills and supporting community.

The minimum enrollment for this activity is 4. You will be notified if the minimum is not met.
