Paul will host our yoga classes at Evanston Athletic Club and on Zoom at the same time. Evanston Athletic Club has generously provided us with a yoga studio to use. Please check in at the front desk if you attend class at the club.
Mondays: April 7, 14, 21, and 28, May 5, 12, and 19, June 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30 from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Please note that the club will not meet on May 26, Memorial Day.
