Paul will host our yoga classes at Evanston Athletic Club and on Zoom at the same time. Evanston Athletic Club has generously provided us with a yoga studio to use. Please check in at the front desk if you attend class at the club.
Mondays: July 7, 14, 21, and 28, August 4, 11, 18, and 25, and September 8, 15, 22, and 29 from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Please note that the group will not meet on September 1, Labor Day.
