What You Need to Know about Special Needs Estate & Future Planning and Government Benefits!

On Friday, May 5, Oak-Leyden Developmental Services hosts an Arc of Illinois program about planning for the future, including information about estate planning and benefits. Sherri Schneider, founder of Family Benefit Solutions, will share information about the who, what, where, when, why, and how of government benefits, including SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, and Medicare. Then, attorneys Brian Rubin and Benjamin Rubin of Rubin Law will present on special needs estate and future planning, including information about PUNS, special needs trusts, guardianships and alternatives, ABLE Accounts, and more.
