Taking care of ourselves physically and emotionally requires multiple skills to stay healthy. Recognizing when we are unwell is important to treatment whether it is stress or basic first aid. We explore the importance of exercise, hygiene, healthy routines and fitness. Additionally, we will delve into emotional wellness and major and minor illnesses. We will also learn about healthy food portions, water in our diets, and dressing for the weather.
